Our Process
Discovery call
No-charge consultation to understand the client's operational gaps, pain points and readiness. SCC identifies whether the Vendor's platform is a suitable fit.
Digital Operations Diagnostics
SCC conducts a paid diagnostic engagement (typically data flows, risk exposures and gaps). A written report is produced.
Implementation Roadmap
SCC presents the client with a recommended vendor stack and implementation plan. The Vendor's platform is formally proposed and costed at this stage.
Execution & Managed Services
Client implementation fee is collected. Vendor licence is activated. Ongoing managed service retainer commences. Vendor commissions begin flowing to SCC.
